France coach Didier Deschamps has elected to start Antoine Griezmann against Germany, while Miroslav Klose is given the nod for Die Mannschaft.


Didier Deschamps has elected to start Antoine Griezmann on the left flank over the ineffectual striker Olivier Giroud, while Mamadou Sakho is back alongside Raphaël Varane in the centre of defence.

Germany boss Joachim Löw appears to have seen sense in starting Philipp Lahm at right-back, with Per Mertesacker dropped. Mario Götze is also left out, allowing Miroslav Klose to come in as a proper centre-forward up top. Sami Khedira is given the nod in the holding midfield role, while the injured defender Shkodran Mustafi is left out completely.
