Chelsea are big favorites to come away with another three points at home against Swansea City on Saturday, but they'll have one eye on their midweek match, against Schalke in Champions League on Wednesday.
Confirmed lineups for Chelsea vs. Swansea City: Diego Costa fit, Wilfried Bony isn’t
Eden Hazard and Diego Costa were both slight doubts with injuries, but Jose Mourinho hasn't opted to rest them. Hazard was thought to be closer to full fitness than Costa, but both are in the starting XI.
Swansea are dealing with a similar issue with Wilfried Bony, and apparently he was unfit to start. He played for Ivory Coast on Wednesday and Bafetimbi Gomis will take his place. Garry Monk would probably like to play a more defensive midfielder than Jonjo Shelvey, but he's still missing Leon Britton for the rest of the month.
Confirmed Chelsea starting XI (4-2-3-1): Thibaut Courtois; Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic; Nemanja Matic, Cesc Fabregas; Eden Hazard, Oscar, Andre Schürrle; Diego Costa
Confirmed Swansea City starting XI (4-2-3-1): Lukasz Fabianski; Neil Taylor, Ashley Williams, Jordi Amat, Angel Rangel; Ki Sueng-Yung, Jonjo Shelvey; Kieran Dyer, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Wayne Routledge; Bafetimbi Gomis
