Diego Lopez submits entry into worst own goal ever competition
Not only did AC Milan goalkeeper Diego Lopez completely whiff on a pretty simple to handle back pass here, but he somehow managed to injure his hamstring trying to recover. If this doesn't happen, he probably recovers and just barely keeps the ball out of the net. But no, he compounds the initial mistake by injuring himself. That puts this pretty high up on the ranking of worst own goals of all time.
