Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain begin their Champions League Round of 16 tie on Tuesday, with the first leg in Paris. The Blues were unbeaten in group stage play, while PSG’s long loss to Barcelona on the final match day dropped them to a second place finish in their group (2:45 p.m. ET, FOX Sports 1).

Diego Costa will return for Chelsea after serving a three-match ban in league play. Oscar will be available as well for selection after sitting out the Blues' win over Everton with a minor knock. A big topic of discussion ahead of the game will be whether Jose Mourinho starts Thibaut Courtois or Petr Čech in goal. Mourinho will also have to decide if he sticks with Kurt Zouma ahead of Gary Cahill in the defense.
PSG were banged up after their 2–2 league draw against Caen over the weekend. Lucas Moura, Yohan Cabaye and Serge Aurier will all miss the match on Tuesday, but Marquinhos will be fit, along with Javier Pastore, Blaise Matuidi and Thiago Motta. All four of those players were able to train on Monday, and were named the the squad by Laurent Blanc.
