Parma are in deep trouble, and things keep getting worse for them. The once-powerful Serie A club is totally bankrupt, definitely getting relegated, and will be extremely lucky just to be in business to play in Serie B next season. They haven’t folded just yet, but it’s starting to look more and more implausible that they’ll be able to finish the season -- they had their medical and training equipment seized on Monday.

Bailiffs were at Parma's training ground today to seize assets including another vehicle and medical equipment ... Today the bailiffs returned and came away with a vehicle belonging to the medical staff, plus medical and gym equipment worth €500,000.
This is just the latest in a number of setbacks for the seriously debt-ridden club. Their match this weekend against Udinese was cancelled because they were unable to pay stadium staff. Serie A released a statement on Saturday to say that if Parma go out of business, their current results will stand but all remaining games will go down as 3-0 losses, sparking a widespread rumor that the club had already folded. Players haven't been paid since July. Youth coach Hernan Crespo has said that his players are sick because their showers don't have hot water.
And now, on top of all this, the club’s medical and training equipment has been taken by the government. Parma aren’t officially dead yet, but it’s hard to see how they can finish the season like this.
