Crystal Palace were winning 3-0 at home against Queens Park Rangers with less than ten minutes to play, so you can forgive them for switching off a bit on defense. That doesn't take anything away from the sheer ridiculousness of this goal.

QPR got beat pretty thoroughly by Crystal Palace, but at least they scored a cool goal for their trouble.

Poor marking or no, hitting that shot on a rope like that from long range while cutting across the field is pretty dang impressive. That's one Matt Phillips will remember for the rest of his life, though he probably wishes it made more of a difference for QPR in the match.
