Chelsea are the champions of the Premier League. The top of the table. The title holders. King of the hill. Their season is done, but they have two matches still left to play. They can’t relax just yet, especially against West Brom.
West Brom vs. Chelsea live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online
Chelsea have already suffered one slight setback after securing the EPL title. Can they avoid another against an eager West Brom side?

The Baggies of West Bromwich Albion have earned some fairly impressive results this season, including a recent victory over Manchester United that assured them safety and another season in the EPL. Now they’ll be looking to sour Chelsea’s victory celebrations and throw some rain on their parade. When there’s nothing left to fight for in a season for a midtable club, playing the spoiler is always a fun way to spend your time. While a win over Chelsea wouldn’t technically be spoiling anything anymore, punching the newly-crowned champions in the teeth is perfectly acceptable, too.
Key factor: Chelsea’s ability to focus.
The title is won and Chelsea have nothing else left to play for this season. They could only manage a draw against a very beatable Liverpool side at home last weekend, and with no real incentive, why should they be any better against West Brom on the road? If they can’t stay focused and determined, the Baggies might just be adding another big scalp to their list of achievements this season.
Key Matchup: Yusuf Mulumbu (West Brom) vs. Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea)
Chelsea’s ability to break down West Brom’s defense is going to be key to this match, which means the playmaking skills of Fabregas will be in high demand. Mulumbu will be the man best suited both in terms of skill set and position on the pitch to try and take him out of the game.
