Sevilla will look to become the Europa League’s single most successful team of all time on Wednesday, as they take on Ukraine’s Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in the tournament’s final in Warsaw. Unai Emery’s side lifted this trophy for the first time last season, having previously won it back-to-back in 2006 and 2007. It’s no mean feat for the Andalusian outfit.

They certainly head into this match as favourites, though given that Dnipro have defied all expectations just to reach this stage of the tournament, they’ll be starting to think that nothing is impossible. They’ve recorded excellent wins against ostensibly much stronger sides -- including Ajax, Napoli and Olympiacos -- en route to their maiden final, so certainly shouldn’t be lacking in confidence.
Key player - Carlos Bacca (Sevilla)
Colombian striker Carlos Bacca has enjoyed an impressive season in La Liga, where he’s scored 20 goals and missed only one match. His strike rate in the Europa League is impressive, too, having made seven starts and found the back of the net five times. It’s little wonder that he’s been linked with moves to bigger clubs. Dnipro’s defence could well find it difficult to keep the physical striker out of this match.
Key matchup - Yevhen Konoplyanka vs. Coke
Speaking of players who've been linked with big clubs, Dnipro's Yevhen Konoplyanka has seemingly been on the brink of his big break forever. However, the good news for the Ukrainian side is he's still plying his trade down their left flank, where he has been known to give opposition full-backs nightmares. Sevilla's experienced right-back Coke will have to be on the top of his game in this one.

Sevilla will still be without long-term injured defender Nicolás Pareja and midfielder Sebastián Cristóforo, while goalkeeper Beto is still sidelined with a shoulder injury. SImilarly, Dnipro haven’t picked up any new injuries since they beat Napoli in the semifinal, and could have Yevhen Shakhov back after a layoff.
