The Women’s World Cup round of 16 kicks off on Saturday, and includes an intriguing contest between China and Cameroon.

Cameroon will look to continue their impressive run by seeing off China in the WWC round of 16 on Saturday.

The former would have probably been tipped as favourites for this match a few weeks ago, but Cameroon have proven to be one of the surprises of the tournament so far. In the group stages they thrashed Ecuador, recorded a surprise win over Switzerland and only narrowly missed out against Japan, suggesting they have what it takes to reach the quarterfinals.
Keep an eye on Cameroon midfielder Gaëlle Enganamouit, who netted a hat-trick against Ecuador and currently trails top scorer Anja Mittag by just one. Opposition goalkeeper Wang Fei could have to be on form to keep her quiet -- it’s just as well she’s one of her nation’s best players, and the first Chinese player to ever play in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
