USA vs. Panama live stream: How to watch Gold Cup 2015 online

Just in case you’re the kind of person who likes third place games.

The United States got to the semifinals of the Gold Cup, but couldn’t make the final. Their reward (or punishment) is playing in the third place game, where they’ll meet Panama.

Panama and the U.S. drew in their group stage game, which came after the USMNT had already clinched first place. Jurgen Klinsmann played an experimental team and they didn’t look particularly bothered about failing to win. They went on to beat Cuba in the next round, but were found out by Jamaica one game later.

Some players who have yet to see significant time in this tournament could start, including DaMarcus Beasley. It’s possible that this is his last game in a national team shirt.

Trying to predict what's going to happen in a third place game is next to impossible. The United States could be motivated to prove a point and win 6-0 ... or they could not care at all and get beat badly. Who knows?
