Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has completed a season-long loan move to Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund. The young Belgian had been surprisingly handed a couple of Premier League starts already this season, though he clearly didn't impress manager Louis van Gaal sufficiently to warrant his stay.
Borussia Dortmund sign Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj on loan
The Belgian international’s departure coincides with the likely arrival of Monaco’s Anthony Martial.

That could well be because the arrival of Monaco attacker Anthony Martial to Old Trafford looks imminent. Though the Frenchman has featured regularly through the middle in Ligue 1, he’s also capable of occupying Januzaj’s natural role out on the flank.
In truth, Januzaj’s lone move is probably good for everyone concerned. The player should get more regular football at a Dortmund team famed for its attractive football and successful youth development. Under Thomas Tuchel he’ll be working with one of the most exciting young coaches around at present.
Dortmund will get a season of football from a good young talent, and United, will reap the rewards of Januzaj’s development when he returns next season. Happy days.
