This is the one match in the third round of FA Cup action that pits two teams in the top half of the Premier League table against one another, and it even goes so far as to grace us with a top four battle. Leicester City may not be on top of the table any more, but they’re still the same team that’s impressed all season long, and Tottenham Hotspur are very deserving of their fourth place standing with how they’ve played of late. This should, by all accounts, be the most entertaining match of the weekend.
Tottenham vs. Leicester City 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch FA Cup online
The highest-profile FA Cup match of the round pits two of the Premier League’s top four teams against one another.

Adding an extra layer of spice, so to speak, to this match is that both of these teams play each other againWednesday, once more at White Hart Lane. Between playing the same team twice in a row and the short turnaround between matches, we could see some interesting tactical and personnel decisions from both Spurs and the Foxes made not just to try to keep some key players rested, but to throw each other off the scent for a greater tactical plan. Both Mauricio Pochettino and Claudio Ranieri can be very cagey when they want to be, and watching them try to out-wit each other under these circumstances will be fascinating.
Key player -- Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur)
Alli’s energy and attacking ability are considerable, and his understanding of how best to use those assets is surprisingly advanced when you consider how young he is. In a match like this when both sides are likely to rotate in a number of reserves, his skills will be vital, capable of disrupting Leicester’s efforts in midfield while aiding his own attack. Alli has been impressive ever since he started getting regular minutes for Tottenham -- this match could be his chance to step things up to a new level.
Key matchup -- Heung-Min Son (Tottenham Hotspur) vs. Yohan Benalouane (Leicester City)
This battle of the backups will be key to the match, with Son and Benalouane representing two under-utilized players trying to push for more playing time. Whoever comes out on top will be massively involved in the final result and seeing who moves onto the next round of the FA Cup, and whoever loses this one-on-one duel on the pitch will likely find playing time even harder to come by.
