Things are not exactly clicking along at 100 percent for Barcelona right now, but they've got some positive momentum behind them after a huge Champions League win over their ex-manager and Manchester City. Now with a visit to Valencia coming up they're hoping to really start to get their season rolling after a number of fits and starts.

Barcelona have struggled with injuries and losses of form all season long, but for the first time they’re almost entirely healthy and actually playing like Barcelona. Now with a statement win in their pocket, they need to start racking up points in the league to improve on their fourth-place standing that is decidedly lower than they want to be in the table.
Valencia have been a team wracked by their own problems this season, but their own form has been turning around of late as well. They’ve won three of their last four league matches, and while the teams they’ve taken down haven’t exactly been impressive, the fact that they’re winning games at all is a huge improvement on where things stood a month ago. A win for the home team seems unlikely here given the form Barcelona are in, but if Valencia can at least put in a good showing and maybe take a point, it would be a massive step in the right direction again after an awful start to the season.
