Germany vs. Czech Republic 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch World Cup qualifier online

Germany are hoping to continue their post-Euro bounce-back with a big win over the Czech Republic.

After a Euro 2016 performance that left Germany fans underwhelmed, their national team is looking to make a statement in World Cup qualification. They started off on the right foot on that front against Norway with a convincing win, but now they need to continue that momentum with an even bigger win against the Czech Republic.

For that, Joachim Löw needs some of his biggest stars to put on the quality performance they’re capable of, something that’s been a bit lacking of late. While the likes of Manuel Neuer, Mats Hummels, Jérôme Boateng, Thomas Müller, and more are consistently excellent for their clubs, they haven’t been as regularly effective for Germany in the last year. The difference between Germany being a very good national side and a practically unbeatable one is the difference between those players stepping up or not, so for the sake of German fans, let’s hope they do.

For the Czechs, they're looking to bounce back from a disappointing home draw against Northern Ireland in their first qualifying group match. The Czechs have the capability and potential to present a real challenge coming out of this group, but they didn't look like they were anywhere close to reaching that potential, which is more concerning given that it seems like they're very much a team in transition -- only two players in their current squad have over 30 senior international caps, and only four others have at least 20. The Czechs are very much trying to remake themselves right now, and that could wind up hurting their World Cup qualification hopes unless they can start getting some wins, soon.

To watch this match online in the U.S. you can stream it on the Fox Soccer 2GO subscription service, or depending on your internet provider you can use Fox Sports Go for free. It won’t be shown online in Germany or the Czech Republic, but for streaming options in other countries you can check the listings at LiveSoccerTV.
