Julen Lopetegui's side opened their campaign with an 8-0 thrashing of Liechtenstein, and will doubtless be hoping a similar result will be on the cards in Shkodër.

That, however, could be easier said than done. Albania are the group's early pacesetters, and though they've so far only faced Macedonia and Liechtenstein, they'll be in a confident mood heading into this encounter with a Spain side that still seems to be going through a difficult period of transition. Their succession of stubborn showings at Euro 2016 suggested Albania are more than capable of making life difficult for the big boys, and Spain will have to guard against complacency.
