The final round of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying gets underway on Friday, and the schedule has spat out the tournament’s marquee fixture in the first round. The United States will host Mexico in the first match of the Hex, with the game being played in Columbus, the site of numerous famous American wins.

Both teams have been on a roller coaster ride in the buildup to this game. The Americans had a disappointing finish to Copa America and were in some hot water in their qualifying group, but finished the last round strong to make the Hex comfortably. El Tri were embarrassed at Copa America and disappointed fans with a poor 0-0 draw against Honduras afterwards, but have won their last two friendly matches away from home. No matter what happens, if this game ends with a winner, the losing coach will be in some hot water with fans and their federation.

How to watch online: In the United States, the easiest way for most fans to watch will be on Fox Sports Go. If you don't have access, the English-language broadcast is also on paid service Fox Soccer 2GO. If you prefer to watch in Spanish, the game is available on Univision Deportes en vivo for free through certain providers. If that doesn't work for you, the Spanish broadcast is also on paid services Fubo and Sling.

In Mexico, the match will be shown on Fox Play Latin America, and for streaming options in other countries you can check out the listings at LiveSoccerTV.
