Bayern Munich vs. Wolfsburg live stream: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch online

Bayern will be expecting to puck up all three points at home to struggling Wolfsburg on Saturday.

It hasn't been plain sailing for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga this season, with the Bavarian giants still trailing plucky upstarts RB Leipzig by three points heading into the 14th matchday. They will be looking to reduce their deficit with a win at home to Wolfsburg on Saturday, on the back of an impressive victory over Atlético Madrid in the midweek Champions League action.

They’re sure to feel that this is a very winnable game, with Wolfsburg having made a catastrophic start to the new season. They have won just two of their opening 13 matches -- their lowest total ever at this stage of the season. They’re just a place and two points clear of the bottom three and could find it difficult to motivate themselves ahead of this unenviable trip to the Allianz Arena.

Three big things to know

1. Bayern will be without talented youngsters Kingsley Coman and Julian Green, though they could have Jérôme Boateng back after a spell on the sidelines. Wolfsburg have two players suspended, with Max Arnold and Paul Seguin both serving bans. They'll be joined in the stands by Ismail Azzaoui, who is injured.

2. Both of Wolfsburg's victories this season have surprisingly come away from home: They defeated Augsburg 2-0 in August and Freiburg 3-0 last month.

3. Wolfsburg haven’t beaten Bayern since stunning them 5-1 in their title-winning season under Felix Magath in 2009. On that day, Edin Džeko helped himself to a brace, with Grafite and Christian Gentner the other places on the scoresheet for Die Wölfe.
