Bayern Munich vs. Darmstadt 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule, and how to watch online

Bayern Munich are unlikely to have any problem beating the Bundesliga’s basement side on Sunday.

Bayern Munich will look to draw level on points with Bundesliga leaders Leipzig on Sunday, when Carlo Ancelotti's side travel to face bottom side Darmstadt. After a shaky start to the season, Bayern have been in good form of late, and head into this match on the back of four straight wins in all competitions. Anything other than a comfortable defeat would be a surprise in this one.

Darmstadt have won only two of their first 14 Bundesliga matches after impressively avoiding the drop last season, and head into this encounter on the back of seven straight defeats in all competitions. They’re at risk of losing touch at the bottom of the table, and need to find some form quickly. Suffice to say, it’s unlikely to come against the defending champions this weekend.

Three big things to know

1. Darmstadt sacked coach Norbert Meier earlier this month, though his interim replacement Ramon Berndroth oversaw a 1-0 defeat to Freiburg in his first match in charge.

2. Darmstadt will be without Felix Platte, Immanuel Höhn, Änis Ben-Hatira and Denys Oliynyk for this encounter: they're all out injured. Bayern's only absentees are youngsters Kingsley Coman and Julian Green, with Carlo Ancelotti able to select a full-strength starting lineup.

3. These sides met thrice last season, with Bayern emerging victorious on every occasion. They won 3-0 on their last visit to Darmstadt, with Arturo Vidal, Kingsley Coman and Sebastian Rode getting on the scoresheet for Pep Guardiola's outfit.
