This is going to be the single most important weekend of English Premier League action we’ve seen in quite awhile, with all four teams in the top four in action against one another on Sunday. We’ve got first versus third and second versus fourth in a day of action that could have long-lasting implications in the title race. And of course, the rest of the league is in action too, with several tough matches for teams in the relegation battle and a lot of key matches for teams vying for upper-midtable position.
Premier League title race brings Super Sunday action
The top four in the English Premier League square off against each other in a weekend with huge title race implications.

So with so much going on, what should you watch? Worry not -- we’ve picked three of the best games this weekend for you to keep an eye on.
Best of Saturday: Chelsea vs. Newcastle United
While a match in the bottom third of the table might not look all that attractive with everything else going on, there’s still quite a bit at stake here. Newcastle have found something resembling passable form lately, with two wins in their last five matches, but still only have a one-point cushion on the relegation zone. With Chelsea still finding their footing under Guss Hiddink, they’ve got a chance to stun a bigger, tougher team and get a relative degree of safety while they’re at it.
Best of Sunday: Arsenal vs. Leicester City
The biggest match of the weekend in England, the Gunners will be hoping to reverse their recent struggles and bloody the nose of the league leaders while they’re at it. Of course, Leicester are coming off a wildly impressive win over Manchester City last weekend, so they have momentum and confidence on their side -- though history is not. The Foxes haven’t beaten Arsenal since winning on penalties in the FA Cup in 2000, and they haven’t beaten them in the Premier League since 1994. Can Leicester overturn 22 years of bad history? They’ve been making a good go of it this season, so we should be in for quite a fight.
Bonus Sunday title race action: Manchester City vs. Tottenham Hotspur
No one expected Tottenham to be in second place at this point in the season, probably Manchester City least of all. And yet here they are, with City one point and two places behind Spurs in the table. Not only will Manchester be looking to reverse that twist of fate, they’ll also be trying to avenge a humiliating 4-1 loss they suffered at White Hart Lane earlier this season. Form is on Tottenham’s side, though, with four straight wins while Manchester are coming off a confidence-bruising home loss to Leicester. If Spurs can come out on top, not only will they seriously dent City’s title hopes, they’ll have a chance to more firmly insert themselves into the title picture.
