Manchester City vs. Norwich City 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

If Manchester City are going to have a chance in the title race, they need to win in this match.

The title race is threatening to slip away from Manchester City. With 10 games left on their schedule, they’re 10 points behind the league leaders, and while they have a game in hand to work with, they’re fast running out of time to close the gap. If they’re serious about winning the title, they need to go on an emphatic winning tear right now, and that means starting with this match against Norwich City.

In theory, they should be able to do exactly that. Manchester have played the Canaries twice this season and won both times -- 2-1 at home in the league, and 3-0 on the road in the FA Cup. Norwich played them tough both times, though, and they’re not going to go away quietly, especially not while they’re in a fight against relegation. They’re going to turn this match into a full-on slugfest, with both teams facing a desperate fight for their season’s goals.

Key player -- Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

Aguero is one of those absolutely special talents who can single-handedly take over a game and win it on his own. Considering Manchester’s up-and-down form of late, they need him to do that in this game. The Argentine international needs to take Norwich’s defense by the scruff of the neck, shake them around for awhile, and then score a hat trick. Or more. Manchester need the momentum a performance like that would give them, and this is the time that it has to happen.

Key matchup -- Nathan Redmond (Norwich City) vs. Gael Clichy (Manchester City)

The premise here is simple. Norwich’s top scorer and biggest attacking threat for his teammates to play off, lined up against arguably one of the weaker cogs of Manchester’s defense. Clichy does have some pretty great moments on Manchester’s back line, but Redmond has the blend of pace and technique that tends to give the Frenchman fits, and that’s exactly what the Citizens want to avoid. If Redmond gets the upper hand in this match, Manchester fans will be sweating bullets.
