The FA Cup isn't the only big final taking place on Saturday. Over in Germany, the DFB-Pokal reaches its climax with Bayern Munich taking on Borussia Dortmund at the Olympiastadion in Berlin. Bayern coach Pep Guardiola will be looking to bounce back from the disappointment of his side's Champions League elimination by signing off with a league and cup double, while Dortmund's Thomas Tuchel will be out for revenge after seeing his side finish as runners-up in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich will seal a league and cup double if they beat Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.

If that wasn't motivation enough for Dortmund, there's the simple fact they've been beaten finalists in this competition for two seasons running. This time last year they were downed 3-1 by Wolfsburg, while the season before they suffered the pain of a 2-0 defeat after extra time, to none other than Bayern themselves. Could Saturday finally be the day that they exact their revenge?
Key matchup: Robert Lewandowski vs. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
These strikers won’t be going up against each other on the pitch, but as two of the outstanding attackers in world football at present, it could well be the difference in their performances that dictates which team will end up lifting the trophy. Lewandowski has scored a remarkable 42 domestic goals in all competitions this season; Aubameyang trails him by just six. Neither side’s defense will be too optimistic heading into this one.
Recent history
Bayern Munich romped to a 5-1 victory when these sides met at the Allianz Arena in October’s Bundesliga fixture, though the reverse fixture at Signal Iduna Park was much more even, with Dortmund holding their Bavarian visitors to a goalless draw. Of their last six meetings, Bayern have won three, Dortmund two, with one draw. There’s reason to believe this will be another close match.
Bayern Munich injuries and suspensions
Out: Arjen Robben (groin); Holger Badstuber (ankle). In doubt: Javi Martínez (knee); Xabi Alonso (rib).
Borussia Dortmund injuries and suspensions
Out: Neven Subotić (arm); İlkay Gündoğan (knee). In doubt: Marco Reus (illness); Park Joo-ho (leg).
Bayern will still be without winger Robben and defender Badstuber, though Guardiola will be hoping to have the versatile Martínez and his compatriot Alonso back in action after knee and rib injuries respectively.
For Dortmund, defender Subotić and midfielder Gündoğan are still unavailable, while winger Reus and full-back Park face late fitness tests.
