Germany sit atop the Group C table heading into the group's final matchday, though tiebreakers and a solitary point keep them above Poland and Northern Ireland respectively. Things are still very tight indeed. Joachim Löw's men will look to secure the top spot with a win over Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland when the sides face off in Paris on Tuesday, though that could well be a tougher task than they'd imagine.
Northern Ireland vs. Germany 2016: Time, TV schedule and live stream for Euro 2016
Northern Ireland will look to pull off an upset against Germany on Tuesday.

Northern Ireland kicked off their campaign with a rather worrying defeat to Poland, in which they offered almost nothing in attack at all. However, they rejigged things for their second game against Ukraine, and came away with a handsome victory. Having seemingly found the right balance between defence and attack, they'll head into this undoubtedly difficult game with confidence.
Germany must equal or better Poland's result against Ukraine to win the group, and could fall as low as third if Northern Ireland pull off an upset. However, having already amassed four points, they'd be very likely to qualify as one of the best third-placed teams in that instance.
