Juventus vs. Tottenham 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch International Champions Cup online

Juventus will be hoping to improve on their loss from their first International Champions Cup match, but they’re facing a tougher foe from North London this time around.

The International Champions Cup brings us another fun matchup in Australia, this time with Italian titans Juventus squaring off with English rising stars Tottenham Hotspur in Melbourne. It promises to be a fun match, with two of Europe’s best and two teams we could see facing off in the Champions League this season going toe-to-toe.

This is Tottenham’s first match of the ICC and their first preseason match period, which might leave them at some disadvantage, who have already played an ICC match last week. That said, Juventus lost that match on penalties to the local Melbourne Victory, an upset considering their status, though somewhat less surprising when you consider how few of their regular stars Juventus were able to play. They’ll hope to improve on that lackluster performance, because expectations for Juve are higher than ever for the upcoming season.

What to watch: Juventus

Miralam Pjanic didn’t play against the Melbourne Victory as hoped, but both he and fellow new signing Mehdi Benatia are expected to start against the much Tottenham side they’re up against on Tuesday. Seeing how they’re integrating into their new team’s system and with their teammates is going to be vital for Juventus, because they’re both going to play a big role for the bianconeri this season. If they’re still a long ways from really getting integrated into the side, then Juve fans might have reason to worry once the season starts.

What to watch: Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham are mostly just seeing where things stand right now. They haven’t made massive changes to their squad so far this summer, but they are still connected to a handful of additional players, so seeing how the squad they have with them right now is looking could have some bearing on where Tottenham go on the transfer market from here, especially with the Champions League looming. They still don’t have their players who were at the Euros, leaving Spurs without their top-end talent, but they’ve still got plenty of excellent players who will be eager to show off against a high-quality team like Juventus.
