Bayern Munich take on AC Milan in Chicago on Wednesday.

Bayern head into the tournament with a strong squad, headlined by David Alaba, Thiago Alcântara and Arturo Vidal. However, it's testament to their strength in depth that they're still without the likes of Douglas Costa, Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Müller, as well as summer signings Renato Sanches and Mats Hummels. Milan, meanwhile, have almost a full-strength team along for the ride, though summer signings Leonel Vangioni and Gianluca Lapadula are both injured.
Bayern have already played three friendlies in preseason, including a victory over Manchester City. Milan, meanwhile, kicked off their campaign against Bordeaux, winning 2-1. They’ve not been in action since.
