Both teams are on a win and a draw in the group stage so far, each having beaten up on Fiji and slumping to a late draw with Germany. Both Mexico and Korea suffered at the hands of Serge Gnabry, who found the holes in their defenses and ruthlessly exploited them time and again -- holes that both teams are going to want to find in each other to get the win they need to top the group. A draw works fine for Korea, as they’re ahead on goal differential, but a win for either team would be huge for their momentum and confidence in the next round.
