The final selection of teams in this year’s Champions League proper will be made in the playoff round, and there are a few big names who could still miss out on qualification. One of Porto or AS Roma will certainly miss out and fall into the dreaded Europa League, while Monaco’s encounter with Villarreal will also leave one of the teams very disappointed. Other big sides in action include Manchester City, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Celtic, though they’ve all got what should be fairly routine ties.
