The 2016 Olympics women's soccer tournament has seen some surprises, most notably Sweden upsetting the United States in the quarterfinal round. Sweden's reward for that triumph is a little difficult, though: They get to face host Brazil in the semifinals.
Brazil vs. Sweden 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Olympic soccer online
Sweden upset the USWNT to reach the Olympic semifinals, but now they have a date with the same Brazil side that battered them in the group stage.

Brazil has given up only one goal in the tournament so far, and that was to Sweden -- but they also scored five of their eight goals in the tournament in that same game. Sweden will be hoping to improve on that result, maintaining the momentum they picked up in their win over the U.S. women. They may be buoyed somewhat by Brazil's struggles to score against Australia and South Africa in their last two matches, but those same struggles could instead serve to refocus Brazil and see them get back to form closer to what they showed against Sweden in the group stage.
If that happens -- well, Sweden would be in a lot of trouble.
