The penultimate match of the International Champions Cup is here, and perhaps one of the biggest matches of the whole preseason tournament at that. Liverpool face Barcelona in London’s Wembley Stadium, giving us a match that not too long ago wouldn’t have been out of place as a Champions League final.
Liverpool vs. Barcelona 2016 live stream: How to watch International Champions Cup online
Two huge sides square off in a huge venue as Liverpool and Barcelona take the field at Wembley Stadium.

Of course, Liverpool’s star has fallen somewhat while Barcelona’s has only risen, but that doesn’t make this match any less exciting, especially when you consider some of the storylines involved. Barcelona have a couple ex-Liverpool stars in their squad, including fan favorite Javier Mascherano and the infamous Luis Suarez.
The breakup between Suarez and Liverpool was an ugly one, and it’s going to be interesting to see how the likely Liverpool-heavy crowd at Wembley reacts to him. Even without the fan contingent coming from Merseyside, Suarez won’t be a terribly popular figure, as he he wasn’t much loved by fans of other English sides. Between his biting incidents and a reputation for diving and theatrics, don’t be the least bit surprised if he’s met with a huge chorus of boos from the first moment he steps onto the pitch.
