Barcelona vs. Alavés 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch online

Alavés have started well, but they might be about to get buzzsawed by a giant.

As the international break fades away in the rear-view mirror, it’s time for Barcelona to take the field once more. As they look to extend their so-far perfect start to their La Liga campaign, they’re set to host Deportivo Alavés as a rather harsh way of welcoming one of the newly promoted sides to the top league in Spain.

Granted, Alavés have been a solid side so far, earning two draws in their first two matches of the season against Atletico Madrid and Sporting Gijon. But with Atleti struggling out of the gate and Gijon clearly well out of the top tier of La Liga clubs, Alavés have yet to be tested against a side anywhere near Barcelona’s quality and form. They certainly have the bravery to put on a good performance, but that might not be anywhere near enough to take down Barcelona when they’ve looked to already be approaching some of their best play in the first two matches of the season.
