Tottenham Hotspur vs. Monaco 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Champions League online

Tottenham Hotspur start their Champions League campaign at home to Monaco on Wednesday.

Tottenham Hotspur will make their return to Champions League action when they kick off their group stage campaign against Monaco on Wednesday. They've been made to settle for Europa League football since they crashed out of Europe's top club competition at the quarterfinal stage under Harry Redknapp in 2011, though are now back and looking as strong as they have at any point in the intervening period.

However, they take on a Monaco side that certainly shouldn’t make life easy. Leonardo Jardim’s men made it to the quarterfinals of this tournament a couple of seasons ago, and have made a fine start to their domestic campaign with three wins and a draw from their first four matches. They are one of the youngest teams in the tournament on average age, and their future looks very bright indeed.

These sides met in the group stages of the Europa League this time last year, with Spurs recording an emphatic 4-1 victory at White Hart Lane courtesy of an Erik Lamela hat trick. However, though they're nominally the home side on Wednesday, they're actually having to play a few miles away at Wembley, with construction work on their new stadium proving too disruptive for them to hold Champions League fixtures on their existing ground.

To watch this match online in the U.S. you can use the Fox Soccer 2Go service. It will not be on TV due to Manchester City vs. Borussia Mönchengladbach being moved to Wednesday. In Canada, TSN live streaming has you covered. Those in the U.K. can catch the action on the Internet if they’re subscribed to BT Sport. For online listings in other countries, you can check out LiveSoccerTV.

Match Date/Time: Wednesday, 2:45 p.m. ET, 7:45 p.m. local

Venue: Wembley Stadium, London, England
