Barcelona vs. Sporting Gijón 2016 live stream: Start time, TV schedule and how to watch online

Barcelona need to find their footing without Lionel Messi, but Gijón could be just the team they need to face to do that.

Barcelona's season has been one of wild swings so far in the early matches of La Liga. One match, they dominate utterly and completely. The next, they fall flat and get caught out by a team they should beat. Worse, Lionel Messi is out with a groin injury, leaving Barcelona hampered in their search for consistency.

Of course, with Neymar and Luis Suarez in the squad, this match against Sporting Gijón should be very winnable. Gijón have been struggling mightily themselves, standing at 12th in the table and taking two painful losses in a row in their last two matches, losing by a combined 7-1 scoreline. They’re looking like this season could prove to be a struggle to stay in La Liga, and that could be just what Barcelona needs to face to get things moving on the right track again.
