Two of the Premier League's most in-form teams meet at Goodison Park on Friday, with Everton playing host to Crystal Palace. The Toffees suffered their first defeat of the season away at Bournemouth last time out, though that loss came on the back of four straight victories. The Premier League’s Friday fixture sees Everton play host to Crystal Palace.

Palace, meanwhile, made a shaky start to the season, though bounced back from a three-game winless run with three straight victories. They’re now only three points adrift of Everton in the table, and find themselves high on confidence for the first time in a long time: not since May 2015 have they strung together three consecutive Premier League victories together.
Everton will be without Muhamed Bešić, Tyias Browning, Matthew Pennington, and James McCarthy; Darron Gibson and Leighton Baines are both in doubt. Palace, meanwhile, have Scott Dann, Pape Souaré, and Loïc Rémy sidelined, with Wilfried Zaha facing a late fitness test.
