Real Madrid vs. Getafe 2017 live stream: Start time, TV channel, and how to watch online

After a rough start to the season, Real Madrid are finally rolling.

The season started poorly for Real Madrid, with the defending champions of La Liga and the Champions League failing to win any of their first three league matches at the Santiago Bernabeu, and looking far from their typical selves away from home. But that seems to be changing, winning three straight in all competitions and picking up that much-needed first home win in La Liga just before the international break.

Madrid need to keep that momentum rolling, though, because they’re already a whopping seven points behind arch-rivals Barcelona for first place in La Liga, and they can’t afford to let that gap get any bigger, even this early in the season. And with Madrid’s defense still a little too shaky a little too often thanks to some injuries and shifts in both personnel and tactics, they equally cannot afford to start slow against Getafe, who have been unafraid to take their attack to anyone this season, even though it’s only won those two games so far on the campaign.

Real Madrid are a little healthier than they were before the international break, but still find themselves without a quartet of important players, with Dani Carvajal, Marcelo, Mateo Kovacic, and Theo Hernandez all sidelined. Getafe are little better off, with Gaku Shibasaki, Nicolas Gorosito, Karim Yoda, and Dani Pacheco all out.
