Angel Di Maria scores twice for PSG vs. Barcelona in Champions League

Happy birthday to him!

Paris Saint-Germain got off to a fast start against Barcelona in their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie, and they were unlucky not to score multiple times in the early minutes. But PSG grabbed a well-deserved lead eventually, thanks to Angel Di Maria and this great free kick.

This goal is a perfect birthday present for the Argentine star, who turned 29 on Tuesday. A big win over Barcelona might be an even better gift, if his team can manage to pull that off.

And that’s looking even more likely after two more goals by PSG, with Di Maria’s second coming in the 55th minute. He finished off an excellent team move with a stunner from the edge of the box, putting his team up 3-0.
