Barcelona vs. Athletic Bilbao 2017 live stream: Start time, TV schedule, and how to watch online

Barcelona will hope to bounce back from a disappointing draw against Real Betis on Saturday.

Barcelona's title chances were dealt a further blow last weekend, with Luis Enrique's side being held to a frustrating draw away at Real Betis. The result is that they're now four points and a game-in-hand adrift of league leaders Real Madrid, and can scarcely afford any more slip-ups. Their game at home to Athletic Club on Saturday is a big one.

Their Basque visitors certainly won’t prove easy opponents; they’ve not lost a single league game since early in December, and find themselves only a couple of points outside the European qualification places at this midpoint of the campaign. An upset wouldn’t come as too great a surprise.

Three big things to know

1. Barça have no confirmed absentees, though Andrés Iniesta, Sergio Busquets, and Lucas Digne will all have to pass late fitness tests if they're to play. All other players are understood to be fully fit and definitely at the disposal of coach Enrique.

2. Athletic Club haven’t been so lucky: Sabin Merino and Kepa Arrizabalaga are both sidelined, while Gorka Elustondo and Eneko Bóveda are both in doubt.

3. Athletic Club are enjoying a successful season, but their comparatively poor away form suggests they could find life difficult at Camp Nou. Only two of their nine league wins have come on the road, while all but one of their defeats have been on their travels. The only side to beat them at home were Barcelona, who won 1-0 back in August.
