Real Madrid vs. Real Betis 2017 live stream: Start time, TV schedule, and how to watch La Liga online

Real Madrid have stuttered of late but should still have enough to beat Real Betis on Sunday.

Real Madrid have dropped points twice in their last four league games, blowing the La Liga title race wide open. Zinedine Zidane's side head into the weekend a point and a place in arrears of table toppers Barcelona, though they know that they'd move two points clear at the top should they win their game in hand.

Still, it's a slightly uncomfortable position for a side that appeared to have things sewn up a few weeks ago, and they'll look to follow up their midweek win over Napoli by beating mid-table Real Betis at the Santiago Bernabéu on Sunday. Anything other than all three points would only heap the pressure further on the Merengues.

Three big things to know

1. Real Madrid will still be without centre-back Raphaël Varane, who is injured. He'll be joined in the stands by winger Gareth Bale, who is serving the second of a two-match ban.

2. Betis’ only absentee is attacking midfielder Jonas Martin; young coach Víctor Sánchez -- who was born in Madrid and went on to win a Champions League and La Liga title while playing for his boyhood club -- should otherwise have a full-strength team available.

3. Real Madrid are still unbeaten at home in the league this season. They’ve not lost a La Liga match in front of their own fans since February 2016, when crosstown rivals Atléti snatched a 1-0 victory.
