Monaco know they need to score at least twice against Manchester City on Wednesday if they’re to progress into the Champions League quarterfinals, though their task has been made considerably harder with the news that striker Radamel Falcao is not fit enough to make Leonardo Jardim’s matchday squad.
Monaco vs. Manchester City lineups: Falcao misses out with injury
Monaco will have to do without Radamel Falcao in their crunch Champions League clash with Manchester City.

The Colombian’s absence means Valère Germain comes in alongside Kylian Mbappé up top, while Jemerson replaces the suspended centre-back Kamil Glik in the only other change from the 5-3 defeat they suffered at Etihad Stadium.
Pep Guardiola has made two changes to his City side: Aleksandar Kolarov replaces Nicolás Otamendi in the center of defense, while left-back Gaël Clichy is given the nod over Yaya Touré, meaning Fernandinho will start in his more natural holding midfield role.
Monaco starting lineup (4-4-2): Danijel Subašić; Benjamin Mendy, Andrea Raggi, Jemerson, Djibril Sidibé; Thomas Lemar, Tiemoué Bakayoko, Fabinho, Bernardo Silva; Kylian Mbappé, Valère Germain.
Manchester City starting lineup (4-1-4-1): Willy Caballero; Gaël Clichy, Aleksandar Kolarov, John Stones, Bacary Sagna; Fernandinho; Leroy Sané, David Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling; Sergio Agüero.
