Chicago Fire fans didn’t have to wait long to see their new superstar get on the scoreboard. Here’s Bastian Schweinsteiger’s first ever MLS goal, scored against the Montreal Impact just 17 minutes into his first match.

Heading in a set piece probably isn’t how the Fire envisioned Schweinsteiger getting on the board, but they’ll certainly take it, and hope this is a sign of things to come from the Germany legend.
