Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich live stream 2017: How to watch UEFA Champions League online

It’s a clash of the titans as Bayern Munich get set to host Real Madrid.

The Champions League quarterfinals are giving us a match worthy of being a final, with Real Madrid heading to Germany to face Bayern Munich in a modern-day clash of the titans. These are two of the best teams in Europe going head to head in a high-stakes tie.

And with Bayern knowing they need to get off to a hot start while they’re at home in the first leg, this should be quite an exciting match.

It will also be something of a bittersweet moment for Carlo Ancelotti, who led Real Madrid to their long-sought La Decima win in 2014, claiming their 10th Champions League title before being unceremoniously shoved out the door just a year later after a slightly disappointing league campaign. Taking Real Madrid down a peg in this tie would be sweet revenge for him, and you can bet he’s going to have an extra bit of edge in his planning for just that reason.

Madrid will have a bit of a question to answer coming into this tie as well, with it looking like they’ll have to put together something of a patchwork defense. Pepe broke his ribs this past weekend, and Raphael Varane is still dealing with a hamstring injury.

Nacho is a decent enough defender in his own right, but their backline crumbled in a bad way after he had to come into the match this past weekend to replace Pepe. Sergio Ramos is going to have to be at his heroic best to make sure Real Madrid stay in this tie early on.
