Barcelona head into the weekend two points and a game-in-hand adrift of La Liga leaders Real Madrid. They’ll be looking to cut their deficit this weekend, when they travel to struggling Málaga’s La Rosaleda on Saturday. It’s a game Luis Enrique’s side really ought to win.

The hosts recorded their first league victory since February when they beat Sporting Gijón last time out. It extended their buffer over the relegation zone to eight points, which should be more than enough to survive at this late stage of the season. However, they can’t afford to ease up just yet, and will be hoping to give Barça a run for their money.

Unfortunately, Málaga will be without the injured Zdravko Kuzmanović and Bakary Koné; Keko is suspended. Miguel Torres and Youssef En-Nesyri both face late fitness tests. For Barcelona, Aleix Vidal and Rafinha are both out injured; Gerard Piqué and Ivan Rakitić are suspended. Arda Turan is an early doubt.
