The Copa del Rey final takes place at the Estadio Vicente Calderón in Madrid on Saturday, with Barcelona taking on Deportivo Alavés. It’s a game that Barça will certainly expect to win, though they should be wary of complacency against a side unbeaten in their last seven matches.

This game will mark Alavés’ first ever Copa del Rey final appearance, and they’ll be out to spoil Luis Enrique’s Barça swan song. The Catalan side’s coach is stepping down after this match, with Athletic Bilbao’s Ernesto Valverde widely expected to be named as his replacement on Monday.

For this match, Barcelona will be without the injured Rafinha, while Sergi Roberto and Luis Suárez are both suspended. Aleix Vidal and Jérémy Mathieu face late fitness tests. Alavés’ only confirmed absentee is injured centre-back Víctor Laguardia; they should otherwise have a full-strength team available.
