This El Tri side is one of the most talented we’ve seen in a long time and are eager to win a tournament with bigger headlines to prove it. There’s been questions as to the efficacy of their coaching, but if they can overcome this German side to reach the final, they’ll definitely prove their quality.
It’s interesting that both of these teams drew the other two semifinal teams, showing just how tight the margins are in the quality and effectiveness of the top teams in this tournament. This match is going to dance on a razor’s edge, and it’s going to be fascinating to watch it unfold.
