Scottish manager gives dead serious interview after his pro soccer team loses to 100 kids

“We were sure they were going to play a 50-25-25 formation, but they didn’t, they played the opposite.”

The concept of a professional soccer team playing against a giant flock of children isn’t new, but it never disappoints. Scottish side Inverness Caledonian Thistle did just that over the weekend.

But the best part was the post-match interview. Inverness manager John Robertson might have a future in acting if this is any evidence — he stayed completely serious for two whole minutes as he talked about his team’s disappointing 20-5 defeat.

“We just allowed all 37 of their forwards to rush through the middle, it’s unacceptable,” Robertson said as he contemplated buying an entire new defense on the transfer market.

Hopefully Inverness can get their tactics worked out before the season starts.
