4th-division English club Wycombe has the best goalkeeper jerseys ever

More teams should do wild designs on keeper kits.

@WWFCOfficial on Twitter

Fans don’t like it when their favorite soccer team’s home shirt gets too fancy. But very few people buy the goalkeeper shirt, which has to look a lot different than the regular one. So why not have some fun with it and get wild? Well, League Two team Wycombe Wanderers did just that.

No one wants the classic and iconic shirts of clubs like Liverpool and Everton messed with too much, but the big clubs could take a lesson from Wycombe and start doing a bit more with their goalkeeper kits.

If you’re looking for a smaller club to get into, Wycombe has a great story, too. They nearly went bankrupt a couple of seasons ago before barely staying up in League Two on the final day of the season. They were then bought by a supporters’ trust, and are now one of the few professional clubs in England owned by fans.
