The New England Patriots host the Carolina Panthers in one of the highlight matchups on this week’s NFL preseason betting slate.

Rounding out this Thursday’s preseason slate are the New York Giants vs. Cincinnati (-3) and
Green Bay (-3) vs. Oakland. The Raiders have gone 4-0 SU and ATS in their last four preseason games including a 13-6 preseason win against the Packers last season.
The Cleveland Browns improved to 9-1 SU and ATS over their last 10 preseason games with a 21-18 road win over the Indianapolis Colts last Saturday. The Browns look to stay hot on Friday when they visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as 3-point road favorites. The Bucs are 1-5 SU and 0-6 ATS in their last six preseason home games.
In the later game on Friday, the Buffalo Bills are a 1-point favorite on the road against the Detroit Lions. In 10 preseason meetings between these two teams since 2008, the Lions hold a 9-1 SU and ATS advantage.
