Swiss Indoor Results: Djokovic Improves Record, Roddick Wins In Three

World No. 1 Novako Djokovic improved his 2011 record to 66-3, and it took him only 55 minutes. Djokovoic defeated Lukasz Kubot 6-1, 6-2 during the second round of play at the Swiss Indoors. During the match, Djokovic served eight aces, hit two double faults and won 64 percent of the points. His quarterfinal match opponent is Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus.

American Andy Roddick also advanced to the quarterfinals but it took him three sets to get there. Roddick topped Radek Stepanek 2-6, 6-3, 6-3. He joins Djokovic and Roger Federer as the only seeds remaining in the final eight.

American James Blake lost in straight sets to Mikhail Kukushkin 6-3, 6-4.
