Clay season seems to mean one main thing for Rafael Nadal: domination.
Barcelona Open 2012 Results: Rafael Nadal Into Semifinals, Andy Murray Out
Rafael Nadal wins on clay, as you might have expected, while Andy Murray falls.

Nadal continued his winning on the red dirt at the Barcelona Open, easily defeating Janko Tipsarevic 6-2, 6-2.
The World No. 2 finished out the one hour, 32 minute match with two consecutive aces. The victory was the Spaniard’s 32nd straight win at the tournament. It slotted Nadal into the semifinal round, where he will face the tournament’s No. 9 seed, Fernando Verdasco. (Verdasco advanced after his opponent , Kei Nishikori, retired while down 4-2 in during the opening set of their match.)
The surprise of the day was No. 2 seed Andy Murray being knocked out of the tournament by Canada’s Milos Raonic. Raonic contributed 14 aces in his 6-5, 7-6 (3) victory. The match lasted one hour, 44 minutes.
The No. 11 seed will now face the No. 3 seed, David Ferrer.
Ranoic spoke about the struggle to win the tiebreaker after Murray broke his serve to originally win the match.
From the New Zealand Herald:
“It’s very, very difficult and a big plus in confidence for me,” Raonic said. “Clay’s not his best surface, but he consistently does well on it. Last year he reached the semifinals at the French Open, Monte Carlo and Rome, so he can play really well on it. For me, it was a big win, regardless of the surface.”
