Sony Open Tennis 2013: Maria Sharapova, David Ferrer in action on Wednesday

The women’s world No. 2 will continue her quest for her first title in Miami.

Maria Sharapova and David Ferrer will highlight the action at the 2013 Sony Open on Wednesday as both face their toughest tests yet.

For Sharapova, the women’s world No. 2 is vying for her first title at the Sony Open but before advancing will have to beat Italian No. 8 seed Sara Errani in what is sure to be an exciting match.

Ferrer will take on unseeded Jurgen Melzer in a match set to begin at approximately 3 p.m.
