French Open 2013: TV schedule and matches for Thursday at Roland Garros

In the early going of the 2013 French Open, there have been very few upsets. Top seeds continued dominating their opponents at Roland Garros during Wednesday’s play. The top seed playing in ATP Singles on Wednesday was No. 2 Roger Federer, who dominated Somdev Devvarman in straight sets, while WTA No. 1 Serena Williams took down Caroline Garcia with ease.

On Thursday, it will likely be more of the same. Men’s No. 1 Novak Djokovic will be in action on Court Philippe Chatrier, where he’ll take on Guido Pella of Argentina. No. 3 Rafael Nadal, who is looking to defend his crown at the French Open, will be taking on Martin Klizan on Court Suzanne Lenglen in the afternoon.

On the WTA side, No. 2 Maria Sharapova will be in action against Eugenie Bouchard, while No. 3 Victoria Azarenka will take on German Annika Beck. No. 9 Samantha Stosur should be first to see action on Thursday, as she kicks off the day’s play on Court Philippe Chatrier against Kristina Mladenovic.

The matches get started at 5 a.m. ET on ESPN2, and will run on that channel through 10 a.m. The Tennis Channel will then pick up coverage from 10 all the way through 7 p.m., so there will be plenty of opportunities to watch on Thursday.
