Wimbledon 2013: Time, TV schedule, live streaming for Friday’s matches

The third round of Wimbledon will begin Friday, with a few postponed second-round matches sprinkled in from a rainy Thursday. Highlighting the day will be No. 2 Andy Murray’s attempting to continue his march to a first career Wimbledon title. He will take on No. 32 Tommy Robredo of Spain at Centre Court, but not until two other matches have finished up.

No. 4 David Ferrer is also in action. He was among those caught in the rain, so he will play his second match against Roberto Bautista Agut at 1 p.m. local time (8 a.m. ET). That match will be followed by a bout between No. 8 Petra Kvitova, one of the few top-ranked women’s players still alive, and No. 25 Ekaterina Makarova.

Early birds will be able to catch No. 7 Angelique Kerber in action at 6:30 a.m. ET (11:30 local) against Estonia’s Kaia Kanepi. No. 13 Tommy Haas will be taking on Jimmy Wang of Taiwan at the same time.

Live coverage of Wimbledon will be shown on ESPN beginning at 7 a.m. ET, and will run through 5 p.m. Those who can’t miss a single second can go to ESPN3 for the start of the first matches of the day, beginning at 6:30 a.m. ET.
